久々English

I thought I should sometimes write something in English.
I mean, actually, I felt like writing something in English.
Probably, because now I am watching a movie,
which is "the Holiday".
This is the good movie.
You can enjoy two English, including British and American.
Of course, if you're interested in English.
But, even you are not, I am pretty sure you love this movie.
This makes you warm from your heart, especially in Christmas time.
Now, actually, already Chrstmas has passed.
So, after watching this movie, I cannot wait next Christmas is coming.
I don't have a girlfriend now, though. lol

By the way, recently I have been working on seeking a job thing.
For example, writing entry sheets, kind of resume.
(The entry sheet might be Japanese English. I don't know.)
I will get some questions from each company through the sheet
because they wanna know something about me.
I think this is communication.
They throw me some questions to know me.
and I think they want answers they expect,
of course, not like typical normal answer.
Let's take a example.
Sometimes entry sheet asked me about my dream like this

"What is your dream?"
"What is the person you wanna be like?"

I think they wanted to know

"how I want to be in their company"

but my answer was not like that.
I just wrote what I wanna tell them, not what they wanna know.
This is not the communication.
This is just a sending information.
Communication should be like exchanging or trading information for each other.
Therefore, what I should do is to try to know what they wanna know,
or the concept of the questions.
And then, I put the information or my own ideas into my answer.
That's the communication.
That's what I should have.

I think, I've almost forgotten entry sheets are the communication.
I always focused on "about me" and how I differentiate from other people.
All those things also matter.
But, those are not the most important thing.
The most important thing is to "answer the question".
That is what we are wanted in business world,
and the world we try to enter.
This is the first step to be a member of society.
I'm gonna try.
